2. Nature of the Service

T360° is an intelligent traceability application for containerized and non-containerized cargo that enables the verification, monitoring, and validation of logistics events through artificial intelligence, enhancing cargo security and visibility across the supply chain.

The application is not intended for end consumers or minors.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information Provided by the User

• First and last name
• Corporate email address
• Login credentials
• Associated company or organization

3.2 Operational and Traceability Information

• Container identifiers
• Logistics events (entry, exit, inspection, sealing, verification)
• Date, time, and responsible party records
• Information related to physical or electronic seals (including RFID, where applicable)

3.3 Technical Information

• IP address
• Device type
• Operating system and version
• Activity logs
• System diagnostic and error data

4. Use of Location Data (GPS)

Future Functionality

In future versions, T360° may incorporate GPS location recording features only under the following conditions:

• The user will be clearly and previously informed
• The user must provide explicit consent
• Location data will be used exclusively for operational and logistics traceability purposes
• The application will not track location without user authorization

If the user does not grant consent, the functionality will not be enabled and the application will continue to operate with limited features.

5. Application Permissions

Currently, T360°:

• ❌ Does not use the camera
• ❌ Does not access      the microphone
• ❌ Does not access contacts or personal files

Requested permissions are limited to:

• Network access for secure data synchronization
• Services  strictly necessary for system operation

6. Infrastructure and Data Storage

T360° offers a flexible deployment model, based on the client’s decision:

6.1 On-Premise Deployment

• Data is stored within the client’s infrastructure
• INFRAPORTUS  LLC does not access the data unless contractually agreed

6.2 Cloud Infrastructure

• Data is stored in secure cloud services
• Access  control, authentication, and monitoring measures are applied
• Information is isolated per client

7. Use of Information

Collected information is used exclusively for:

• Operation of the traceability service
• Logging and auditing of logistics events
• Information and cargo security
• Technical support
• System performance and stability improvements
• Compliance with contractual and legal obligations

8. Information Sharing

T360° does not sell, rent, or commercialize personal data.

Information may be shared only:

• With technology providers necessary to operate the service
• With the client that owns the information (B2B environment)
• When required by law or a competent authority

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained:

• While the account or contract remains active
• As established in commercial agreements
• In accordance with applicable legal requirements

Clients may request data deletion in accordance with contractual terms.

10. User Rights

Users may request:

• Access to their information
• Correction of data
• Deletion of accounts or associated information
